MENSTRUAL CYCLE CIRCLE

This calendar will accompany you in your phases of your menstrual cycle. You can make some notes and observations of your tics and tacs. Can you compare your bodily changes and energetic power to "spring - summer - autumn - winter"?

This circle is set out to have 29 days. All menstrual cycles are very individual, irregular and regular, so please add or delete days in your own way and feel free to further develop the calender adapting to your own needs.

There are two options to receive the menstrual cycle circle: Either as a printed out-version on Paper (A4-Paper 250g white) sent per post or digitally as a PDF, and you will be able to print your own (monthly) papers.
